You are pressing the Power button, the LED button is a tiny square just past the USB ports on top about half way down the top.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The PCB behind my motherboard didn't have a cable connected to the reset switch everybody is talking about. It just had two open unconnected leads. Use a conductor to close the loop and simulate a button (Or if you're savvy enough, make your own button), then press it using the Manual Color Control png attached to cycle through modes.
