“How do you change the LED colors? I have read about the button by the usb ports on top of the computer, but all it does is restart my PC? Is there some way to fix this issue?”

You are pressing the Power button, the LED button is a tiny square just past the USB ports on top about half way down the top.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The PCB behind my motherboard didn't have a cable connected to the reset switch everybody is talking about. It just had two open unconnected leads. Use a conductor to close the loop and simulate a button (Or if you're savvy enough, make your own button), then press it using the Manual Color Control png attached to cycle through modes.
