“Are you able to change the color of the case lights? If so isn't by a button or remote?”

We don't have a button to change lights. See attached picture. The only true button is the power (my daughter's finger is covering the power light). The weird thing is the 'hole' thing after the 2 usb ports. On the Best Buy picture of the this PC that is a button. Did we get a defective model?

Yes, you can change the colors. There is a button on top of the case. No remote.
