“Is the gpu installed during shipping? Wouldnt that just wreck the pcie slot and the card?”

• "Most" companies use what's called Instapak of some form, a foam bag that expands and conforms to the interior of the case to fill any open gaps that has critical components like the GPU to add support during shipping. If installed correctly, nothing inside the PC should move while being shipped and the customer can simply remove the padding when they receive their product. Hope this helps.

• Yes However special packing foam was used on mine and it had no issues or sag.
