Hey Fedya! Try heading into control panel -> hardware and sound -> manage audio devices -> and setting the correct defaults in recording and playback. In addition to this, make sure to be plugging it into the top of the unit. Also, research and make sure you dont need an adapter or something. (that the headset is fully compatible as is or works on another pc).
