• I contacted Best Buy and pointed out that the bundle is supposed to come with both desktops and cards. It took a few days but they emailed me the codes.

• CyberPowerPC support said it was up to Best Buy. The card should have included it if you got an MSI, which makes me wonder if CyberPowerPC kept the cards and is using them for other things, or if the OEM cards they bought didn't include it.
