There is a VGA port but it's on the board which is overridden by the card.
The only ports on the card are DVI and HDMI.

The AMD Radeon RX 480 video card in this model PC does not have a VGA port built in. Please also note that the Radeon RX 480's outputs are all digital and you will not be able to use a standard DVI to VGA adapter to connect to an analog VGA monitor. This will require an external converter to convert the digital signal from the video card to an analog signal to provide an analog signal to the VGA monitor.
