Thank you for reaching out. You would be able to add another 8 GB of RAM to the motherboard and able to upgrade your GPU. Just be aware you may need to install new drivers for the GPU. However, if you do happen to do that, you may need to increase your watt in your PSU by buying another. It is recommended to not push the limits of a PSU, but to get a higher wattage one for safety.
