“What voltage is the power cord? I forgot which one it is. Also my power cord is loose. How can I fix this? A slight nudge turns off the pc.”

Please contact our technical support department if you received a power cord that loosely plugs into the PC. Please contact at 1.888.937.5582 Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm PST. Please note that we are closed on Holidays.
