“Do the keys on the keyboard light up? We were told they do. Right now the only thing that lights up is the CYBERPOWER logos at the top and bottom of the keyboard. Are they supposed to stay on 24/7, even when the PC is shutdown?”

The actual keys don't light up. Just the logo. It does stay on at all times unless you manually turn the power off by pushing the button on the tower
