Thanks for reaching out Irish. That would depend on your what exactly you are trying to do with the PC. If you are gaming, then the video card would be first, as well as the power supply depending on how high you upgrade. If you are trying to do editing, then maybe you want to upgrade your CPU, however, you can only upgrade your CPU as high as your motherboard support. If you are trying to upgrade higher, you will maybe need to upgrade your motherboard as well.
