“So I recently bought this pc and i am loving it. The pc has a 450 power supply. I am wondering if I can put a gtx 1060 in inside it. Also can I put dual gpus inside it? And is 450 watts good enought for a gym 1060”

That PSU will support the installment of a GTX 1060, however if you plan to add two for an SLI configuration you will need to change the motherboard with the necessary feature as well as upgrade the power supply.
