• The included mouse and keyboard suck. First thing i replaced and threw in the garbage...

• Not certain but im pretty sure best buy would def replace it. It could apply to the manufacturers warranty though. Will depend on purchase date and / or warranty etc. I would call the store where purchased and ask.
