Thanks for reaching out Goat. Unfortunately, we cannot see any pictures that you have posted. However, any component inside the computer can be upgraded. You just need to make sure they are compatible with your motherboard. Other than that, if you are trying to stream, that would depend on your software and settings, as they may affect your performance.
