• Yes you can download games and still use this PC as a work PC. If you want to download GTA 5 you have to make a steam account. Here is the link. http://store.steampowered.com/app/271590/Grand_Theft_Auto_V/

• Absolutely, it's just a much more powerful computer than a standard prebuilt desktop. It is a gaming pc yes, but it is a a computer at heart. It can do gaming and more!
