A:AnswerWhen I bought mine this kept happening to me. Found out that the power cord that plugs into the back of the computer wasn’t all the way in. So any slight movement in the cord would make it shut off (I would hit the cord with my toe). I’m not sure this is the case for you but still, make sure the power cord is in all the way.
A:AnswerIn order to do so you are required to use a splitter with you headset. If the headset uses one cable for both mic and audio the computer unfortunately does not support it. The computer needs one dedicated cable for each audio stream.
