Yes, there is. The key differences between this computer and the one with the RX460 are the CPU and the graphics cards. They matched the CPU to the graphics card very well in these packages. The RX 480 option will give you more horsepower for playing more demanding games since the CPU has twice the computing power and the RX480 is simply more capable, too. Don't get me wrong, the FX4300/RX460 arrangement will be a good computer, but the upgrade is worth the extra money in the long run!
