did you scratch off the silver part to show the rest of the code? the little silver section scratches off like lotto tickets exposing some extra parts of the activation key.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to activate it myself. The code on the side of my PC worked however. I would contact their support. I've heard they are good.
