I got this computer, first one I had to return it because it froze a lot. It had XPG Adata V2.0 DDR3 2400MHz 8GB Ram. I exchanged it, and the one I have now, the ram is trash, they're ugly and only 798MHz. Is it possible I can switch it to higher end ram? null

DDR3 RAM does not go below 1600mhz so it may be possible the software you are using to read the ram is displaying it as a single channel. This board supports 2133oc, 1866, 1600, and 1333. In the manual it states that it only overclocks 1600.
