Try taking it to Best Buy and see what Geek Squad says, one user reported having this same problem. When he took it to Geek Squad, they determined it was a faulty motherboard and got him a new computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same thing happened to me, I had to return mine after we found out that the motherboard was bad. I would check connections between your monitor and the computer, and once you're sure they are right and it's still not working send it back. Nothing you can do if the board is bad.
