“does this come with driver utility / recovery disks and windows 10 operating disks that you can install and re-install in case your unit gets infected with virus and you want to manually re install all the programs? thanks”

It comes with a windows 10 CD and an amd chip set support cd.

You will also receive a driver/utility disc(s) for the motherboard and may also include one for the video card. Updated drivers are also available from each component manufacturer's websites for free as well.
