“I wanted to ask if the ryzen 7 1700x CPU actually came with a decent cooler and not a stock one. Because in the picture when I zoom in it looks like a stock Ryzen cooler you would find on R5 and R3 cpu. Does it have a decent cooler is all I'm asking.”

Mine came with a cooler master air cooler. I have tried to run pretty heavy loads (this CPU doesn't seem to work hard to do anything typical) with no issues, but if you're thinking about overclocking, you'll probably need to upgrade.
