Yes, you can definitely edit videos and photos using this desktop. It does not have a built-in wifi adapter so you would need to connect directly using ethernet or install a wifi adapter.

Do keep in mind video editing can get very intensive for the PC depending on how large the project. So for any REAL LARGE work you may see osme slow down. But for the most part it will be able to edit and run popular programs like After Effects as well.
