• A:Answer Yes it can but please upgrade the motherboard or you will BSOD gigabyte b460m ds3h ac v2-y1 This motherboard has the SSD mounted way to close to the GPU making it overheat easily and crashing the system

• A:Answer Probably either a 500 or 600 watt power supply, gold plus bronze, but I would upgrade the power supply and motherboard later since that’s where they cut corners.
