A: Mine came with an MSI RTX 3060 Ti VENTUS 2X OC
A: Yes, yes it can.
A: Nothing needs immediate upgrade. 16 gb of ram is plenty. Extra fans are always great to help with cooling though not required. Personally, I swapped out the power supply and cooler because I prefer a fully modular, quiet, name brand PSU over a generic one and a quieter cooler.

A: By looking through the photos, it looks like it is dual channel on slots 2 and 4, which is good.
