“I want to know why this pc randomly turned off and when I try to turn it on the fans spin for half a second and nothing happens. Got this Sep.18th and problems occurred Nov. 5th. Am I able to send this pc in, in exchange for a new one?”

If you never changed the cpu fan as recommended you can be looking at a bad CPU or try removing and reinstalling the GPU
