QuestionDoes anyone know if CyberPower fixed their cpu overheating issues or is it still happening? I know it was a thing on last years model of this pc, wondering if they resolved it or not.

- Answer I got this PC today and I can tell you I had 0 issued whatsoever with overheating. I did flip the single fan on the left side to an exhaust fan though because all of them were intake.

QuestionCan you change the colors of the lighting? Is it an option to just have white lights, not rainbow?

- Answer Mine did NOT come with a remote. That said, you can change color but may need to download a third party program like ICUE or OpenRGB. This is what I did and it works well.

QuestionI see the specs show 8 USB ports, but I saw no pictures of the back of the computer, so does it really have 8 USB ports? Does it have a dual plug in for a microphone/audio jack for headphones? I will use this for more than just gaming. Is it worth it?

- Answer Yes it has 8 USB ports. 2 on the top and 6 in the back. The microphone and headphone ports are also on the top. See the photos below. Is it worth it? You'll need to decide for yourself. Check out some of the YouTube videos on this product.

- Answer Yes there’s room inside the tower to add a liquid cooler if you wanted, even a 340mm on the top grate and changing the fans is pretty simple,

- Answer Ours is a basic black. Very easy to replace based on personal effects. We also upgraded ours by ourselves to improve overall gaming appearance, speed, and air flow. But I have no regrets on this purchase. We didn't need to do anything, we just like personalizing ours!
