“I have not bought this yet but I have seen some reviews saying the fans are leaking a "oil-y" like substance is this fixed yet?”

• My fans have not leaked anything, and if they did, I would understand that it's bearing lubricant, which is not conductive and harmless. It just means that particular fan was over-oiled. This lubricant could be wiped away with a paper towel. Just don't reach into the case without unplugging the PC and discharging any static in your body first.
