QuestionHi, I am trying to get a moniter to go with this pc? The moniter has a vga port and a hdmi. Do I just need one of them or both to connect to the cyber power pc.

- Answer Thank you for reaching out. With the monitors, all you need is 1 cable to connect to the port underneath the audio jacks into the video card. Please use the HDMI cable because that video card does not support VGA. QuestionI bought one of these and sometime (maybe once per day), it resets/turns off on me without warning when I’m playing on it. I know it’s not an automatic update because I disabled that setting, so is there anything wrong with my model or is it a setting?

- Answer Could be a faulty power supply. Does it sound like fans and all just suddenly go off? Also make sure the power cable is fully on.

- Answer Learn how to build them. It's super easy if you watch YouTube videos. It's just a little scary at first but you'll learn that it's mostly just plugging things into the right spot. Start by learning what parts you want to use. There are websites dedicated for pc part picking. Just search for pc part picking and you'll be good. Learning to do it yourself can shave off at least 300 dollars
