“How good does this run games does it go up to max quality keeping high frames?”

Depends on the game, Csgo it can run at max quality with 80+ FPS I play GTA SA on it with max quality and there’s no lag or glitches. Or Minecraft I can get anywhere from 100-400 FPS.
