Amazing gaming PC. I did a lot of research before settling on this gaming PC. Great price for all the specs you get. Powerful, Fast, very quiet does not get loud. I can play a lot of games on high res, Valorant, Fortnite, Minecraft, Apex legends, and a bunch of others. very easy to set up when you first get it out of the box. Thank you so much, would recommend to others

This is my first pc and Im in love with its performance on games like fortnite,apex etc comes with mouse and keyboard that are pretty decent if your staring gaming this is a pc I would recommend

I didn't realize this wouldn't come without an internal optical drive. Of course I can always buy one separately, but it would have to be connected by USB since there is no way for the tower/case to open up (there's no door or anything, everything has to be accessed though the side panel), there wouldn't be an easy way to insert discs unless it's an external optical drive sitting on top of the tower. Also, the keyboard it came with isn't very good. Some of the keys aren't working right out of the box. I will try to contact Best Buy for a possible replacement. I've only had the computer (in use) one day so far, so it's hard to say how well it runs on continued use, but it seems fine.

The pc is running great and would be good and affordable for anyone who wants a good pc to start pc gaming. There are some issues such as the graphics card overheating and the use of a non modular power supply but overall a very good pc with good warranty!

My son has been extremely pleased with his PC! Even though this is a "starter" gaming pc, he hasn't encountered any problems running any games at all. It looks fantastic too! He also uses it for homework, internet, etc. and he should be able to upgrade components as needed.

I was super happy once I received this PC and realized how fast it was. The graphics are great with high FPS gaming. It is super easy to change the RGB lighting and the colors have very smooth transitioning patterns. I highly recommend this PC to any gamer that's looking for a high quality computer at low price.

This computer was 550 at the time I bought it and the graphics card it comes with can run all modern games at a 100 sometimes 200 plus fps and it is a killer for its price

I received this PC not too long ago and it is great! runs all my games on high graphics with 120 plus fps. i have 0 complaints of this PC and the peripherals it comes with are great!

My son had a lower model and it was ok. This one was only a little more expensive so he traded it in. The price difference is nothing compared to the difference he notices in the performance. He is very happy.

I wasn't really in the market for a gaming desktop, I needed a computer with a good processor and a good video card for remote work to my office computer to run CAD. This computer does that perfectly!

Because I run really good FPS on the games I play and the things it comes with fits me

You get a lot of bang for the buck with this model, and it will be easily upgraded.

Was very skeptical about buying but honestly it’s pretty decent for a starter gaming pc. Just try not to download too much on it or use external hard drive. The Cyber power company, itself sucks for assistance. Almost impossible to get in contact with. If you are not savvy with computers I recommend purchasing geek squad

it took a few hours to get all the programs I needs loaded but started up get and fast thanks

We just received our PC and are so excited to get it up and running.

The motherboard corrupted and I was barely able to use the PC to its maximum potential but when the PC wasnt causing me me issues it was the perfect PC for the games I wanted to play (Alex, rainbow six siege, etc)

I went through several computers to find one that worked for what i needed and this one did it. Compared to the Ibuypower at the same price it has more ssd, a better graphics card, and a better processor. The PC is also super quiet. I have to go about 6 inches away to even hear the fans. However both the keyboard and mouse that came with it were very noticeably worn in, and even had dust all throughout the keyboard like whoever repackaged it didn't even bother to wipe it with a paper towel... Mind you this is not listed as a refurbished pc. The PC seems new, but the accessories definitely were not.
