“I'm new to photo editing (Adobe lightroom). A friend suggested a gaming computer. I don't game or have heavy computer needs, just photo editing, bills, email, pic folders. Is this best for me or the GMA4200BST, Or do you have a better product suggestion?”

Cyberpower Pic's answer was really bad. They should have been upfront with you and told you that a gaming system is overkill. For your needs, you could easily use an inexpensive Chrome laptop with an Office 365 subscription or just use Google's free apps.
