check underneath the graphics card there is a connector for rgb. when i bought mine the foam package that was under the graphics card had bent that connector i just carefully and slowly bent one prong back and put the connector back on.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine all worked. You can try looking in the back panel. It's a mess in there but all the fan cables that are extended or linked came with a black tape in the middle to try and keep them connected they look rather flimsy Im guessing one of them must have become disconnected during shipping. Also you can try messing with the RGB settings which are in the bios and see if one of them is just turned off and you can just turn it back on.
