I picked this up yesterday at Best Buy. I wasn't intending to buy a new PC, but I managed to get a Best Buy Elite discount of $250 and combined it with another 10% off for my birthday deal. So I got an out the door price of $1009.00 against a list price of $1350. The Sales guy couldn't believe how good a deal it was. This was my first time going with an AMD CPU and AMD GPU ever. My previous machine was an Alienware (Dell) Aurora R7 with an I7 8700 with GTX 1070 which I also got at Best Buy a little over 18 months ago. On to the review: Case: It's a fairly large case. It's about the same height as a mid tower, but its much wider. The motherboard is micro ATX style so there is a lot of space in the case for air flow. There are 2 front mounded led fans and one larger rear mounted LED fan which also is connected the liquid cooling loop on the CPU. Top panel has 1 USB 3.0 connection and 2 USB 2.0 connecters along with power and reset. It has 2 removable dust filters on the top and bottom which is a nice touch. The main side panel is a full size tempered glass. Really high quality from what I can tell. Color LEDs are not my thing, but this case and component all support it. I will probably never even mess with it. MBoard: Through some research i've found the the motherboard is the ASRock B550AM board. It's generation 4 PCIx but I think it will only support AM4 socket Ryzen™ 2000 and 3000 series CPUs. It has 4 Dimm slots 2 of which are occupied with 8 GB 3000 Mhz DD4 Ram sticks for a total of 16 GB ram. It has gigabyte ethernet port and wireless 802.11ac support (with 2 antennas included). It's got 6 USB ports including 1 type C connector. It has onboard video with an HDMI port but I haven't tested that. GPU: Radeon 5700 XT. Don't know much about it. It's faster than my old 1070 by about 30%. However I will probably upgrade to a GTX 1660 Super or something because I have a gsync monitor and AMD cards only support freesync. Storage: This is one of my few complaints. I can't understand why builds put anything less than 500 GB SSD in a gaming PC. I get that you can use the additional 2 GB of mechanical storage as well, but most gamers want fast loading and you can't only get that with an SSD or NVME drive and 240 GB is not going to cut it. So my first upgrade will be to a larger primary SSD. I can see it's going to be a painful upgrade because Cyber power hid all the drives beneath the shroud that houses the power supply. I can see there is a NVMe SSD slot according to the motherboard manual so that is an option as well. Build quality: Already mentioned the case is very good. The cable management is very clean. All the extra SATA wires and power connectors are managed by zip ties and tucked away behind the motherboard. I've heard it has a 800 watt power but I have no way of verifying it. Overall: 4 stars. It's value is outstanding if you can get it at the same price I did. The GPU alone is worth 400 so you can always resale that if you have a better one. AMD are really the value and performance leader in CPUs now so that's a plus to get in on this architecture. Only reason I can't go 5 stars is because of the wimpy 240 GB SSD. Other than that this is a great deal

I would give this pc a 5/5 but I can’t. Let me start with the GOOD. Everything about this PC is amazing. From storage to cpu and gpu. I’ve run every game (as expected) I’ve thrown at it at Ultra settings with astonishing frame rates. New modern warfare online 1080p it sits closer to 200 FPS depending on the given map. 120 at lowest id say. Escape from tarkov the poorly optimized dog? Usually the 120fps max ur allows on ALL maps. League of legends? Obviously a less intense game but you get the point. Now my dilemma. I got this pc on the Black Friday sale. At 1050$ I was on it immediately at my local Best Buy. The water cooling unit makes a RATTLING noise. Now I’m leaving this comment to hear back from Cyber power. Is this normal? It doesn’t affect performance it just sounds really bad. It’s quite loud too. For me I play while my son is sleeping so it wakes him up...(infant). I CAN return it but I’m not sure how I would go about an exchange? Would all my info be swiped off before they attempt to re sale the unit? Again it makes a loud rattling noise after playing an intense game for a little while. Otherwise this is a really dang good pc. Very capable very nice.

I was looking for an affordable price and I found this pc so I decided to give it a try because it has good reviews. So far so good it’s running how it should be which is fast. I’m getting around 300-500 fps in csgo and it blew me away how good it was. The only concern is the windows not activated when I’ve got the pc. So i called the CyberPowerPC and they took care of it. Overall it’s worth buying it for the price.

Had this for around a month now. Got this on Black Friday as the price was $1,299.99 but off $250 for $1,049.99. Needed a PC as my old laptop was broken for a while now. My friends have been telling me to get a PC so i looked on Black Friday and this was what I've found. I told them, and they said it's a good deal. So i bought it. It runs smoothly as it is fast, and overall has a nice appearance as well. It was easy to setup and connect to my monitor as well. I loved how CyberPowerPc provided the PC along with a keyboard and a mouse! If i were to have any problems it would be that i either didn't get or can't find the free codes that were included for the purchase of this product for an AMD X-Box 3 month pass and the digital "Free Game Bundle Standard Edition" anywhere.

I am so happy with my CyberPowerPC after being Sooo Disappointed with an IBuyPower PC. The IBuyPower PC had a defective water pump within 10 days of usage *IBuyPower* House Brand Part* So I gave CyberPower the opportunity to show me I could get Quality at a Great Price. *Mission Complete* Well Let me tell you The Difference in Build quality is Night and Day. I upgraded the 256gb SSD to 2TB SSD and I am flying with my new gamer setup. AMD is making a better chip at a lower cost and the new 2020 Threadripper 3990X 64 cores, 128 threads, 288MB cache turns Intel Dual Zeon into Soggy corn flakes.

I purchased this PC when it was on sale which I recommend, it's nice that it came with a free keyboard and mouse that aren't so bad. The free 3 months of xbox game pass is dope and the free game as well, although I don't know why one of the options is The Outer Worlds when it's on gamepass anyways. But after using it a while it's fast and the games run smooth and the colors are mesmerizing.

I purchased this PC for the price. I got this on sale for $1,049. I am pleasantly surprised how fast and easy it is to set up. The computer it self comes with a great keyboard and mouse. The setup and amount of inputs are great! The 240 SSD is kind of bummer since it uses some of that for windows operating system. I'm new to computers so there maybe a way to change this. The 2TB memory is a plus though. All in all I would actually give this PC a 4.5/5!

the issue for me is after two days, I tried to set up my VR and Bluetooth controller but in middle suddenly freeze, I waited about 10 minutes I just pressed the reset button on top of the case, after restarting the Bluetooth no longer there...just broken. ..and pop up notification says "the last USB wasn't recognized...failed" and I was looking the Bluetooth driver from the web, found it but still no luck....so the Bluetooth no longer and it's broken (I think). lucky I have Bluetooth dongle, so I use it..finally my VR and Bluetooth controller works...I don't want to exchange it cuz it doesnt really big issue for me. I'm affraid going to be same thing, anyway I bought accidental warranty from Bestbuy. Other than that it's a great gaming desktop....

So I exchanged the little brother of this unit with the RX580 GPU as there was an issue after a day with where windows had to conduct a complete restore, not sure why but I was able to get this unit for $1049 and i was already looking at this unit before buying the RX580 unit for $599. This build specs was really good for the sale price. If you don't want to read this the $599 Ryzen 5 / RX580 is a better build/bang for your buck. After I got it home, I had to remove the foam packing from inside the PC which is fine but for some reason, the foam packing expanded in between the GPU and a bracket over the PSU cover. This took a little of finesse to get it out without tearing the GPU out. I went further to inspect the build and was a little disappointed to find an ASrock B550AM motherboard. After some research, this seamed to be a re-branded board that ASrock has no information on, so updating the bios may be an issue. It is also a micro ATX board in a mid size ATX case, WHY? There is no M.2 slot and no bluetooth built in. Don't understand why as this is late 2019 build. The GPU is an XFX dual fan RX5700XT and seams to work just fine for my gaming needs. I don't like the case at all, the $600 unit case was better. They skimped out on everything here other than the selling point of the Ryzen 7 3700X and the RX5700XT. The build QC was non existent. Wiring was a mess, the SDD drive and the HDD mounting bracket was held on by one screw and not even in the slide slot, so it just hung there with one screw. The PSU is a joke and question it's quality. My suggestion is if you are going to spend over a $1000 for a gaming PC, build it yourself. You will at least know what you are getting. I wanted to like this but components and attention to detail just turned me off.

First off, Let me say that I went through hoops to get this computer. It has been 7 years since Ive got a new one and my laptop just recently broke. My Best Buy was out of stock on this product when I saw the deal so I decided to drive 100 miles to get it. After getting it (11-30-2019) It worked great for that first night. After loading up a couple games (Mainly league of legends, to test it out) I had no issues. Played at 240 FPS like it was its job. It is that when things started going haywire. Have you ever walked into a wall? That was my initial feeling after finding my first issue. Sunday (12-1-2019) I booted up my PC to play Borderlands 3 the game option out of two that came with the AMD Bundle. Booted up Borderlands and Bam I got the blue screen of death. Not only was this unsatisfying but relentlessly pushing me towards a meltdown as I just went through a lot to get this product. I thought to myself, lets try LOL (league of legends) booted it up, started a game, and what do you know the game crashed and then the computer followed. During this time I sifted through the web in order to adjust any drivers I may have missed. Thinking that my GPU was the cause. Little did I know this was the start to the destruction. After updating literally everything the computer decided to not just crash on its own but continue to do so all night. I had 7 blue screens before the night was over. (I have pictures of all) I will write in the codes and errors I received so anyone else can see if they can relate. Errors: 1. Stop Code: MEMORY MANAGEMENT (Twice) 2. Stop Code: KERNEL DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (Twice) 3. Stop Code: IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL 4. Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool - Prompt - Status Message - Hardware problems were detected. To identifying and repair these problems, you will need to contact the computer manufacturer. 5. Recovery: Your PC/Device needs to be repaired - Error: 0xc0000001 To sum this disaster up. I only had the PC for 2 days. (1 realistically of use) This is the product that I received. I never will purchase from this company again. Reddit was very clear and I didn’t listen. Please to anyone that purchases this product. Don’t. If you make it to the checkout screen you have gone to far. BUILD YOUR OWN! My rant is over. I plan to build a much better, high quality PC eventually as this was a distasteful experience I don’t think it will be anytime soon. I think that this company needs to not just quality check the parts within the system individually but the whole system before shipping. The computer as it looks on paper is an absolute beast and such it performed that way. Unfortunately I was one of the lucky people to receive a dud. Update: Noticed I can upload photos. (I will include 6 of the 7 screens as that is this reviews limit)

Fantastic value let down by terrible stock thermal

Solid component selection sold at a great price (I paid less than it would have cost to build my self which is why I bought it) with the exception of a case that chokes the unternals to the point of thermal throttling in the stock configuration. The cpu pump was also plugged into the fan1 header and set on a dynamic profile rather than a pump profile (full speed all the time). While fixing this I decided to check the thermal paste which was hard as a rock and un evenly spread. After fixing the issues and adding 2 120mm fans to the top case vent and an additional fan to the front panel plus fan profiles for the gpu and case fans, the computer will now maintain full boost clocks on both cpu and gpu. With the cpu staying in the 60's and gpu in the low 70's. ( I also removed the dust filter from the front intake as no air was making it through) I know this review has been pretty negative so far but from a personal perspective I am very happy with my purchase as it was a fantastic value at the price paid, the problem is that I have been building gaming PC's since the early 2000' s and am able to identify issues with the build and correct them. Most people who buy this unit will be new to pc's and will never know that they aren't getting the full performance that they r paying for. An SI with the experience of cyberpower should be doing better than this.

Wireless bluetooth stopped working. Bought this unit a 4 months ago. I called the manufacture they said I would have to pay to ship it to them for them to fix it, I said that it would cost too much and was not worth the money. The unit is built into the board and I guess I am stuck with it. Praying nothing else goes bad. They at least could have afford to send a credit for me to buy and external usb bluetooth unit. I used to build my own PC's guess I need to look into that again at least I knew what parts were in it and could be replaced easily.

I was torn between a lot of builds this Black Friday weekend, and I wound up deciding to go with this all-AMD setup, which was my second choice vs a slightly more expensive ($150) 9700KF/2070 Super rig. If nothing else for the fact that there was an understanding staff at the end of the day on Friday who had to go dig in the warehouse because initially I was brought out the 3700X/5700 (non-XT) build, I'm happy that I went with this machine. This isn't going to be quite as fast, theoretically, as the other build for gaming, but this is one of the snappiest machines I've laid hands on for day-to-day. Everything is instant, and it's reminding me of how slow my work laptop is. I picked up a Samsung 27" CRG5 curved 240hz FHD display to go along with this, and I've been getting 120-160 FPS on every game I've tried, on either ultra or a custom mix between high and ultra. I've had a blast playing, and my son noticed how great it looked compared to his 4770k/980ti rig. I was also happy that there was a built-in wifi, as I'm not near my router to hardwire in. It seems that historically it's an add-on on many boards, were I to buy/build myself. One less thing I needed to pick up. I'll probably upgrade to faster SSD and more/faster RAM in the future, but for now, I'm loving this.
