I purchased this last week and i have to say I was very skeptical because it is AMD and I am used to Intel. However, this pc has exceeded my expectations. I bought an iMac before this one because I am trying to start a gaming channel. the iMac could not handle the programs that I needed to record and stream. I ended up returning it to get this pc and was blown away. I am a die-hard Apple fan so the fact that this pc was way faster and handles my programs with no issues is amazing! I love the mouse and the keyboard and the fact that my tower lights up too. great buy if anyone is trying to do gaming!

I only got this because I was at my wits end and gave up trying to build my own for the first time. The CPU and GPU are great for sure, high rank on benchmark, but definitely not cheap either. My two bigger issues are mostly that, I hate glass side panels (ALL options had that) and this strange obsession with RGB lighting... on the fans, case, anywhere they can... and no easy way to shut them off, if at all... I've lost sleep because of this since day 1...

I purchased this to replace a 10 year old core i5 based pc. I couldn't be happier. Runs my games at crazy frame rates and handles all my work related functions with ease. Partnered with an ACER 4k monitor and Fios gigabit internet. Have since added another 16gb of ram and upgraded to windows 10pro for added features. I am so beyond satisfied with my purchase and bestbuy shipped it in a flash and it arrived in excellent shape. Will be purchasing another new pc soon to replace my wife's 10 year old pc as well. Best Buy made everything easy in this trying time and i couldn't be happier.

I've had this computer for about a month and I absolutely love it! I can run any game I want at 1440p with no problem. The fans are rather quiet and it starts up quick thanks to the ssd. The only thing I have an issue with was unpacking the pc. You have to take the protective insulation out from inside the case and it took a decent amount of force to pull out. I was concerned that I was going to bring something else out with it! That's just being nitpicky as it came out just fine, though. I am thoroughly pleased with this purchase. Thank you Best Buy and Cyberpower PC!!!

This pc came in few days ago and I played few games on it and received as expected great performance. BUT I did see other reviews about sudden black screens and that only happened to me once so far (happened while I was playing The Division 2). Other than that this pc is awesome. It ran heavy cpu and gpu game (RDR2) on high to ultra settings with a constant 60 fps. Gpu temperature was around 83 C playing the game but reviews says that it is normal for this graphics card. Overall very solid performance with gaming.

I first planned on building my own PC till one of my friends suggested this PC to me. I was hesitant at first at rebuilds given there reputation isn't very good. After looking at its specs, i couldn't believe how cheap it was. you get a AMD Ryzen 7 3700X which is a fantastic chip. An AMD RX 5700X which is capable on running a multitude of games at the Max settings. The only thing i wish it had is a larger SSD. Overall though the quality and cable management is fantastic. Cosmetically i think it looks great, and overall i do not regret my purchase at all.

Seems to be a powerful computer. It's fast and does what I need it to do. fairly quiet too. It doesn't ramp up while playing games like I thought it might. Doesn't get hot either. I have gotten a few green screens but not that big of deal. I figure its a graphics card issue since it's a newly released card. I'd think future updates will take care of it. The mouse works very well. I use a razor key board instead of stock, but that's my preference. I'm sure the stock one works fine. Over all, I'm pleased so far.

As stated, got this at a great sale price ($250 off). Setup and get running was easy. Problems with AMD rewards free game. Required Geek squad to send new codes. Able to claim game but now have not been able to download - wifi on PC only cuts out at about 42% complete. Research seems to indicate a WINDOWS 10 problem. Now going thru process of trying the handful of fixes. So until a game can be downloaded it is impossible to evaluate fully - since it was purchased for games. In other areas all seems fine.

At first I was a bit irritated, because the built-in LEDs all waves the whole color spectrum, and I wanted them to just stay one color. After a bit of digging, I found that the LEDs can be addressed using the BIOS interface (press Del key as the computer boots to access it)! After a bit of trial and error, I settled on solid red for the whole thing, since the Radeon 5700 XT (supplied by PowerColor, according to the documentation that's included in the box) does not allow for any changes to its LED "RADEON" on top. I've done some speed testing on the SSD and HDD, both run fast and work great. After a total of probably around 20+ hours of VR gaming using the Oculus Rift S and another 30+ hours of standard gaming with Rocket League and Rainbox Six: Siege, I'd say this is an excellent PC for gaming. On R6, I get an average FPS of well over 160 with textures and details set to "Ultra", although that's way more than I need, since my monitor only supports 144Hz. If you're interested in adding storage to this rig, I don't think there is nearly enough room for that. There may be room on the back of the Motherboard plate (I haven't checked) or along the bottom near the power supply, but there is no room on the front for any 3.5 or 5" devices. TONS of USB ports, including one USB-C port. This would probably work wonderfully with the Oculus Quest Link, assuming you find a cord long enough and that there are no issues with AMD GPUs (last I checked, they just added official support in the Link beta for AMD 5xxx series GPUs). All-in-all, I'm super impressed with this rig. The RAM is DDR4-3000, so it's extremely fast (ADATA XPG in white, in case you're wondering).

So far, it is a great PC for the price. The specs are amazing, I loved it. It has great frame rate while playing games and never crashed like many people are complaining. The mouse is excellent and I love the rgb. To conclude, this a fantastic rig to buy. The only problem is when I first got it, it wasn't displaying anything to the monitor, so I unplugged the graphics card and replugged it, but it is perfect after that. The quick start guide is outdated with old ports and not even this model.

Bought this around Black Friday for 250$ off the list price, and speaking from someone with PC Building experience, I could not have built the same PC at this price range. Can easily run games like DOOM 2016 at 1440p 144hz on ultra settings. With most other games I have tested you can easily mess with the settings in order to achieve a really good frame rate at 1440p. This machine should also be more than good enough to run Half Life: Alyx when that releases. Probably the best prebuilt PC I've ever bought for the price

Although some of the components inside the system seem a bit questionable ( like the motherboard being ASROCK B550AM and the graphics card being the average XFX 5700 XT that most people don't like very much because of all the plastic -- despite the picture of the device showing RADEON original AMD card ), the system overall functions well with an additional 16 GB of memory added. Hopefully it'll work well in time, and I'll revise the review accordingly.

We bought this for my 11 year old son for Christmas! This pc has the best combination of speed, power and value! Everything set up easily. Updated all windows 10 and gpu. It is lightening fast. Only negative I would say is ssd drive is very small and was used up quickly with fortnite, fallen order and borderlands 3. Does have sata hdd 2tb but slow. I bought a 2tb nvme m.2 ssd to solve this problem!

This tower has impressed me so far, the Radeon 5700 XT has handled everything I've thrown at it without any cooling issues. Running an average temp of about 59 deg Celsius under load. And the fan noise is minimal, one of the quieter systems I've used. I have read reports of some hard drives arriving un-initialized, but mine were formatted properly. Windows was installed on the SSD and activated. The 2TB drive was empty and ready for use. The system shipped with protective foam which kept the GPU secure, which was a nice touch. The only thing I had to download other than the expected Windows updates was a utility to control the RGB lighting. The included keyboard and mouse are actually pretty nice for free peripherals. The keyboard is back lit, but not RGB. The mouse pulses through RGB colors, but is not compatible with CyberPowerPC's mouse utility so the lighting can not be adjusted to my knowledge. My onIy negative feedback would be that ASRock and CyberPowerPC make it fairly difficult to track down info about the B550AM board. It is not listed on the manufacturer's site, and I ended up having to find a link to the user manual through a forum. That being said, I really like this board. And the BIOS is robust and looks sleek. All in all, I give this system 5 stars for value and performance. It's a true "turn-key" tower that you can have up and running AAA titles within 30 minutes.

I bought this build during the Black Friday sale and couldn't be happier. I was a little hesitant in buying a pre-built computer as I have built a couple computers in the past and liked going through the process of picking all the parts myself. With that said, this PC is well made and I have had no issues so far. The computer was shipped with excellent packaging ensuring nothing would be rattling around. The computer is whisper quiet with the liquid cooler which is a great touch because you can barely hear that it is on. I would not hesitate to purchase another CyberPowerPC product in the future.

I've had this computer almost 3 months now and this is what I think of it: For the price, there are better computers out there but also way worse. I mostly use this for gaming, CoD, SoT etc. The biggest thing that I absolutely hate about this system, is that the "standard" PSU they supply is terrible. If you look up other reviews, they will say the same. They don't specify which brand they use, and I can see why. These are are commonly replaced by those who know to not use them. I didn't until now. I notice I'm getting CPU usage spikes and the computer randomly restarts with no errors while spiking. Usually about once a night. So keep this in mind, be prepared to either get it replaced under warranty, or buy a name brand PSU. Another thing I don't like is trying to update the drivers using the AMD program. Both times that I've had updates, the program will completely disappear (as if uninstalled) and I had to re download it from the AMD website. I will say, the software is really user friendly though and makes it a lot easier to use. Other than the above issues, when the PC works, it's amazing. Paired with a good monitor, I could tell a huge difference in how I play. Game play is smooth, runs very quickly and overall satisfied with the purchase. If the power supply issue can be addressed and the infamous AMD driver issues (I will say they work quickly to repair if the drivers have issues), this could possibly one of the BEST pre-built gaming PCs you could get for the money. Bonus that it's usually readily available at Best Buy. Overall 7/10 in my opinion.
