I actually bought two . One for my son and one for myself. I spent a lot of time researching and reviewing this computer , the video card will generate some heat , but take the time to learn about under volting the card . That solves the heat issues . As well as take the time to update windows 10 and video drivers . After some small issues with windows logs and searching answers ... it runs stable with out any issues . I have not passmark bench marked it yet . It runs games very well , I get high fps on most everything I’ve thrown at it . (100+ ) Make sure the monitor you use is at least 144 hz. Refresh rate ... that is a must have for gamers . I have gamed online for 20 yrs ... I’ve built computers I know my way around computers and how to squeeze every frame out I can find . I’d buy again if needed ... I’ve had both running for a month now ... very few issues . You can not use two monitors , use the hdmi port and not the display port ... that solved graphics driver crashes for me . I’d like to be able to use two monitors again and will find a solution at some point .

my opinion of this computer is its a very good computer, i have been playing outer world with no problems also it run DJI's simulator perfect. now the bad, when i got it the front metal cover had rust/dirt on it.(wiped of with pledge) next there is no real guide on the rgb lights which after reading a ton of reveiws and forms i learned you can run the leds with asrocks polycrome sync (google it). next the packing inside the PC was so tight is had pushed the gpu about 1/2 an inch and was putting a lot of stress on the wires running to the gpu and motherboard,i would suggest cutting out the foam like i did then risk damaging a part if you pull it out like the started guide said to do. all in all it was a little disappointing buying a $1200 computer and having all the above happen but once you learn about the computer(maybe a list of all the components would help.) it great and i plan to add more to it.

Overall I really enjoy this pc. It has a decent graphics card and processor for most games. I’d say this is a great pc for someone who doesn’t know much about PCs it comes pretty easy to set up. You just have to remove the foam and plug it in. However, I could not give it 5 stars for only a few reasons. Firstly, it does not come with any sort of manual or diagram of the internal components of the pc. Also, when I received my pc my sdd was plugged in and working however my HDD was unplugged. It was an easy fix, but for a guy who never had a pc before it was frustrating since there was no manual or diagram to help me and customer support from cyberpower can be slow. Also the pc is a little loud and there’s a slight eagle coming from one of my fans I think. Overall, it’s a good pc that should run all your games pretty well. I would recommend it to other gamers.

I was looking to purchase a computer as a gift for a family member and I feel this computer is everything I was looking for. Typically I build most of my computers but with the sale that was going on when I purchased this computer it actually worked out to be a better value. Pc performs just as expected and everything worked right out of the box, not too many updates either. There was also almost no bloatware. I like that they supported the GPU for shipping. No loose connections and everything was detected from the moment I turned it on. My only issue with this computer is the cable management in the basement. I think if they would have used a modular power supply it would solve all of the clutter. Keep in mind you cant see this through the glass anyway so it doesn't hurt the aesthetics. I also would have liked to see some sleeved cables but that is just my preference.

Very strong performance from this Desktop. I was able to add an m.2 drive to the system as the boot device. Video card fan gets loud when driving demanding games, but otherwise system is relatively quiet. Power cable is quite short and thin guage wire. System included a coupon for a free game and free months of XBox Game Pass -- I was able to redeem these rewards from AMD. I had a couple windows registry database integrity problems that caused the system to blue screen crash and otherwise behave badly. I was able to fix these issues and all is stable now. I don't know if the problems came from out of CyberPowerPC or from something unique to my environment. I did call CyberPowerPC Support and although they didn't directly lead me to solutions, they seemed knowledgeable and willing to help.

This is the first desktop computer I have purchased in a very long time and I am very happy with it. First of all it's refreshing not to have or deal with bloatware. This system has zero bloatware. It's very stable. I ran userbenchmark on the system and it's says that all components were running above expectations except for the SSD which was run "as expected." It comes with a WD Green. Some people are having problems finding any info on the motherboard. I found a link that has a link to the motherboard manual: https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/forum/asrock-b550am-gaming-motherboard_topic55798.html? The only hiccup I ran into was that I wanted to replace the RAM to an RGB RAM as well. I purchased the Corsair Vengeance and ran into BSOD issues. Ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool and it found problems. So I thought it was just bad modules and returned it and got the same ones but had the same issues. I placed the old RAM modules back and everything was stable again. I saw an ad for sale on a G SKILL Trident Z 32gb RAM with 16gb modules and I decided to try one more time. I ran into the same problems. I looked at the BIOS and saw the timing did not match the RAM. In the bios it had 15-16-16-38. Trident Z was set for 16-18-18-38. I switched it to match the Trident Z and my computer became stable again. That probably would have worked for the Corsair Vengeance I just did not know about it at the time. Hope that helps! But the system is fast and great for the price! This video card directly competes with an RTX 2070 Super and processor directly competes with an I7 9700!

I bought this PC during the early Black Friday sale and I've been very satisfied thus far. It is well built and looks great with the RGB. No bloatware loaded, which is a bonus. The unit boots up extremely fast and has stayed nice and cool - no airflow issues from what I can see. It plays games great at 1080p. Destiny 2 plays at a locked 60 frames without the GPU even blinking. The Outer Worlds looks fantastic and plays smoothly with all settings on ultra. I'm extremely happy with the purchase and can't wait to try out some other games.

I got this pc the other day because my old one was getting so slow. It was very easy to setup - ready right out of the box. The case has tempered glass on the side window panel. The glass and metal case looks very classy and durable. The tempered glass makes it a little darker so the RGB isn't too bright. I shopped a lot before selecting this unit. Nothing at this price point came close to the features and performance of this unit. This was my first time going with an AMD CPU and GPU. The CPU and GPU alone are worth nearly the cost. AMD is the performance and value leader now so it’s great to get it on this architecture. Everything arrived in tact, well packaged and fully operational. No bloat-ware at all. Exceptionally fast start-up. Overall really happy and I would recommend it to anyone.

this is my first PC and i was nervous that i would regret spending so much but as soon as it powered up i wished i got it sooner. I got this almost just for fortnite and im able to run the exact same graphic settings that all the pros/streamers use. Im able to run 240fps easily even while the PC is in power save mode and while streaming. everything runs so smooth its ridiculous, couldnt ask for anything more. Hopefully i take care of it properly, i wouldnt need anything else for a while. great purchase.

I purchased this Computer for my 14yr Old daughter for her 1st Gaming Rig! I've been building gaming PC'S for over 20 years and I spent alot of hours and time doing research and for the price I couldn't beat the deal! (945$with Sale and coupon) I Planned on building a Computer but I was unable to. We are very happy with the system my ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE PACKAGING THEY PUT INSIDE THE TOWER TO (PROTECT) THE VIDEO CARD BENT THE ARGB PLUG AND PINS!! I BENT THEM BACK VERY CAREFULLY AND IT WORKS, THE ONLY REASON I DIDNT RETURN IT IS BECAUSE ITS A HASSEL AND SHE ALREADY INSTALLED SO MANY THINGS! For the Money, I'm pretty satisfied! She is running all her games at Ultra Settings at 1080p at an average of 185fps.

Truly, plug and play. I had no issues whatsoever on start up. The ONLY reason I didn't review the PC as five-start is because the fan gets going to fast playing a game on ultra at 100fps tends to grind a few times. I mean, common! If that is the ONLY issue I have, then it's not a bad thing. I can play every new AAA title with amazing graphics and the PC stays at a great temperature. I can multitask like a beast on this, having many, many programs open and running. If you don't have the time or really don't care to build your own PC, like me, then I recommend this one.

I just received the pc from ups. Unboxed it and thing looks cool. Hooked it up and everything runs. I was worried due to other complaints of thing not being connected. I have been waiting for civilization 6 since it came out and now finally will play it. Everything was crisp and fast and a easy set up. The gaming mouse is better than I was expecting, and the keyboard too. I am very happy with them. For the price I am very happy with the product. I tried to build almost the same computer and it cost more than this by a long shot.

I haven't put many hours into my computer however the hours that I have, have been amazing. I'm new to gaming computers and was recommended the Cyberpower brand. Just starting up my computer compared to my previous computer, this computer starts up within seconds while my old one took several minutes. I am able to run everything including games at the highest graphics/HD settings without missing a step. So far so good. I love the components and the accessories that it comes with. Worth the buy.

As far pre-builds go this is pretty good. The ryzen 7 CPU paired with the 5700xt can run any games. The issue I have with this PC however is that it uses a matx board in an arc sized case. Also the ram is some brand I've never heard of. All this makes sense though for a pre built system. I'm sure you can build a similar system for the price with a few better parts but if you don't want to go through the trouble then this PC is a great choice.

I purchased this item 3/1/2020 when my 7 year-old PC was on it's last legs trying to download and install updated from Steam. While it might've been a brash purchase I was proud of it and it worked fantastically. Obviously it's much much much much more powerful than my A10-6700 and 750Ti from years past so I was going to be easy to impress. However it's very clear this system holding a 240GB SSD and 2TB HDD is a bit unusual. Had the unit held a 1TB SSD or even a 1TB NVME SSD it would be miles ahead of it's current condition. The OS is on the SSD so the PC boots up immediately but I had to purchase and install an NVME to hold my games. NOTE: I had to send my PC back to CyberPower in California once the PC wouldn't boot up after 30 days of ownership. Overall the RMA process was simple and flawless - I was only out a PC for about 2 weeks (my old one would suffice for that long). Turns out my SSD and GPU had both been near DoA - thank goodness I was still within Warranty. NOTE NOTE: YOU have to pay to send your RMA to California; they refuse to pay or reimburse you even though their system failed. For me it was nearly $350 to send the 35lb system from FL to California bringing the total spent on this machine (including the sale) to $1500. It was a bit disappointing to spend an extra $350 when I shouldn't have - that's what I get for buying a pre-built system instead of building it myself though. Despite the initial failure and extra financial burden it's a solid system in terms of performance. I would still recommend this product to a friend closer to their center in case of an RMA or one that is more computer savvy.

Case is bigger than expected, but it looks great with the side glass mirror and the lights. It worked perfectly out of the box. Keyboard and mouse are included, so I didn't have to buy them separately. About the performances, this computer is a beast. My son has been playing Fortnite and X-Plane 11 with no issues. I love that it is liquid cooled, i.e. super quiet. Definitely recommend it.
