This is by far the best PC I've ever owned. I purchased it on black Friday $250 off and so far it runs everything on high and ultra with no problems. I have noticed some noises I don't know if they are normal and that's why I'm not giving it 5 stars. Once in awhile it squeaks and sometimes there is a quiet but fairly high pitch whine. Quiet but noticeable. Hopefully it's normal and I'm just being nit-picky, doesn't seem to effect performance.

My aged HP Envy gaming laptop with the i7 quad core is just not up to the task of keeping my gaming smooth anymore nor with my foray into creating mods for games like Skyrim SE and Fallout 4. I needed to upgrade. I went to a local computer shop to see about a custom built Ryzen 9 Gen 3 processor at its heart. After waiting for over 2 months and still no word from the shop on my proposed build cost, I decided to search the "shelves" for a system that compared to what was on my want list. This PC is as close as it gets currently and came in a half the budget I gave the computer shop to boot. The machine set up easily enough with only a small adjustment needed to gently move the access ports and the outer plates into alignment so I could plug in USBs. Probably jostled out of alignment during shipping?? It does generate some heat so it needs to be in well ventilated area but I was expecting that and had already made those accommodations for it. So far I have not a single other complaint. Its super fast and super quiet too seeing as it has 3 good sized fans running. The lights are cool too and make for a pleasant nightlight if you want them on while you sleep. I load up heavily modded games like FO4 and SkyrimSE with ease and they run way smoother and with Ultra High graphics enabled on top of the medium/high I was able to get before. I am not able at present to hard wire into the router but the wireless latched on and pulls in a good strong signal for all my up/downloading needs. I downloaded and installed all 12 of my major games in a single Saturday without a hitch. Despite some of the problems other buyers have expressed having, I haven't had a single issue at all that I haven't already related above. A good machine at a decent price that will see me well into the next advances of PC processors and graphics before needing to upgrade again.

I just bought this and have set it up. Set up was easy, there was some packing installed inside that you have to remove and all my cables were connected. After booting up and installing all the latest Windows and AMD Updates I went to User Benchmark and ran a benchmark test. It gave this machine the following ratings: Gaming: 104% UFO! Desktop: 93% Nuclear Submarine Workstation: 98% Nuclear Submarine I got all these scores without attempting any overclocking or upgrades. Truly an amazing machine. It does have an M.2 slot which is covered by the GPU but is capable of Gen 4 speeds for a new SSD if you want an even faster machine. CyberPower has also just posted the motherboard information, drivers, and BIOS at https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/forum/asrock-b550am-gaming-motherboard_topic55798.html Overall I am extremely happy with this machine and would recommend it to anyone especially with the Black Friday pricing.

This PC is a beast both in size and capability. I personally don't need a 3,000$ gaming computer so I went with this one for 1,085$ on a good sale and it does just what I need. Smooth high settings gaming on games like Borderlands 3, Resident Evil 2, Ark, ect. I have just one complaint and it's more toward the company Cyberpower than the PC itself. Out of the box I did not have LED capabilities in the fans. Not a big deal but if you spend 1k on a PC you want it to have all it's fingers and toes features. What I had to do was open the other side, cut zip ties and pull out tucked away cables to find the connector hiding away so far from being able to do it's job it was on a coffee break. Had to sneak it up through to the other side and plug it into the LED_1 spot on the motherboard. It looks like this was done on purpose, but there's no instruction on how to fix this LED issue, and the average consumer with no computer building knowledge won't know how to do this. It also leaves the cables a mess when you're done and don't ever fit back inside the case as nice. Others are saying they have this same problem an took it back to Best Buy for Geek Squad to fix it, but what a pain to carry this thing home then have to carry it back. Cyberpower, if you've done this to the PCs on purpose please include instructions on how to get the LEDs working. Making consumers go back to Best Buy or spend an hour messing with tons of cables isn't ideal. Thanks.

This is my first gaming PC and it was beyond my expectations. I didn't know much about building a PC so this helped me get past those issues. Its really affordable for its price and the value is great. I do hear some random squeaking sounds from it for a few seconds from like a couple hours but I don't that an issue. It also has my favorite game bundled with it so that is a huge plus. I'll be keeping this around for a long time.

First computer I’ve ever had. Been digging the oculus quest and needed a computer to play all the big named VR games. Found this gem which was pretty reasonably priced for the components it includes. Runs all my VR games smooth as better. Should be set now and for a couple years before upgrades are needed. The look of the system is awesome and the software to change the RGB is easy to navigate as well.

This pc runs everything I've thrown at it since I bought it without an issue. Before purchasing is atched a bunch of videos and reviews detailing issues, likes, and dislikes people had with the unit. I made sure to check for those upon receiving and had none of them. The only issue I have had is one of the CPU cooler LEDs flickers at a different rate than the others, so it appears to be the wrong cooler because it is always ahead a few lights as it cycles through the coolers. When I contacted the manufacturer they could not help with it. Had no clue what i was talking about ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I was able to fix it by adjusted the cooler change rate in the RGB software. If you are going to purchase something like this absolutely buy it from BestBuy, and absolutely buy the longest Geek Squad Protection you can. I went in and talked to them about the issue and they told me they would replace the entire pc on the spot with one from stock. I already had gigs of games on it, so I did not want to do that. Knowing I had that I had that safety net in case soe.thing went wrong tho was very comforting. Also I was told if I replaced the CPU cooler with an aftermarket one that was larger or an air cooler geek squad would still cover. Worth every penny. I highly recommend buying this pc. It is perfect for gaming.

With that being said, i wish i would have waited a few more days and got the tower i really wanted, with the liquid cooled 2070 super with an i9 Processor. These AMD run everything that i have asked of it, COD: MW campaign at the highest setting with zero issues. I also play online, and get a solid 120-225 fps depending obviously on the servers, ping and how much bandwidth i am using up. Bringing me into my next point, i have a dual monitor set up with one screen 144hz and the other at 250hz, almost always in-front of them when i am home and either watching TV on one and playing games on the other. I play competitively while still watching either YouTube, Funimation, Hulu or listening to Spotify, without ever having to worry about frame drop. However, since it is AMD...... makes it a little more awkward, like downloading certain programs, you have to make sure that they are compatible with AMD. It is Honestly a great computer, along with AMD Radeon (video game interface) being probably the best in-game settings interface ive used, better than Nividia in my opinion. It was a little difficult to start but once i figured it out i felt really dumb i didnt get it sooner. That in and of itself has me on the fence of whether or not im going to switch over to the 2080 super and i9 or just keep what i have. Overall, super happy with my purchase little things erk me about it but nothing that isnt at the end of the day a trivial matter.

I am still in the midst of setting up all my old programs but it is much faster than my last computer even though RAM is similar. Win 10 was a big difference and also working with an installed SSD. Programs not needing fast access are going on the 2TB HDD. I also run a lot of external drives and a RAID system and this is meeting the needs. Added an external DVD/CD/Blue Ray drive as well.

Great gaming computer from CyberPowerPC. This particular model is very powerful and has strong components (Ryzen 7 3700x CPU, Radeon 5700 XT Graphics). The craftsmanship of the build is decent, but not outstanding - messy cables, cheap case etc, however it is completely functional, and definitely a great value at the $1050 sale price.

I have to say this is one of the best PCs I have ever bought. It runs smoothly, fast, immediate start up, amazing company built right here in America, overall a great product. The fan does run fast on high graphic games but seems to be fine to me, great support team, great company. I’m really satisfied with this purchase and I do recommend it to a friend.

The computers great! Easy setup and works perfect. The only issue I had was that the led controllers were disconnected. It was an easy fix. I just plugged it in and all the lights worked. Another thing is that when the computer is using a lot of power or when it gets very hot, a loud rattling noise starts to occur. Other than that its great!

I received this about a week after i purchased it. It runs smoothly, but i noticed the moment I turned it on for the first time, it made a weird and light repetitive knocking noise down where the power supply is. I took it into geek squad hoping it would be a quick fix but ofc, they said it sounds like a loose bolt. So my options were "send it back and wait 2-6 weeks, see if we can exchange it, or buy a power supply and have them put it in." I tried getting ahold of someone because I didnt want to send it back and wait even longer. So I tried to see if i could exchange it, there were no bestbuys that had it in stock. So, i figured i'd buy a power supply and have GeekSquad put it in, only to find out they had NO powersupplies in store. So, until I buy a new power supply, I'm stuck with an annoying sound. I've almost grown used to it though lol. Customer service isn't that great, and I don't think I should have to pay for a power supply, but what can I do. I definitely won't be buying computer parts or anything really expensive from them in the future.

Purchased this PC about two weeks ago and it's a fantastic gaming rig. Buy this computer if you're in to FPS. Games I currently play are Battlefield 1, 3, 4 Diablo 3 and Path of Exile and FPS are 125-140 which is day and night comparing to my old rig. Only reason I'm giving the review a 5 star is that I'm a user who tweaks my computer a lot and typical for me to have to restore PC to out of the box state and after speaking with a CyberPowerPC tech guy, he informed me that CyberPowerPC does not provide a system restore image. I told him that the CyberPowerPC support web page has instructions on how to restore PC as it came out of the box and said that unfortunately their method advertised only restores windows and all included software eg, GPU, RGB and so will have to be downloaded from websites and installed manually, a real disappointment for me but it's ok because after I purchased this PC for 1,299, it went down to 1,149 after a few days and got credit back for the difference so I'm very happy with that and the PC itself so no regrets on this purchase.

Great right out of the box. My gaming son loves the LEDs on the fans, the box and the keyboard. But the lights are just a bonus, he loves the performance of the PC. Graphics are very good, WiFi flawless. The included mouse and keyboard are more than sufficient for pretty serious gaming. All up and running in 15 minutes. Recommend.

Read the reviews regarding loose connections and followed the instructions in the box marked Important. Made sure nothing was loose. Computer was perfect out of the box and very quick. Already added an NVME drive, cloned it to use as a boot drive and added 16GB more RAM. Couldn't be happier.

I didn't expect to come in and buy this pc.They didn't have the pc I was originally gonna get,but looking at the specs of this one was the best decision I made. There was enough space to put my capture card in.The RGB is amazing, but also looks like its losing frames. It runs pretty loud but i don't mind it.The price is reasonable because it has a 1 year warranty. All in all, this pc is great and I suggest you get it.
