I paid $1049.99 flat with tax exemption*. This is my first time going all AMD and I'm proud to say that I love this PC. Thanks to Cyberpower, this pc performs very good in many games and I hope this will future proof me for many years to come. The RX 5700 XT pretty much matches a 2070 so you'll have one of the best performances in a graphics card. The Ryzen 7 3700x with 8 cores and the ddr4 3000mhz 16gb ram, you can expect much performance for the value!

This is a great Pre-Built PC, maybe cheaper than building one like this! Took a little bit for the RGB but you just go to your BIOS and restart it. Games run as I've never thought before, at 144 FSP 1080P! Cable management is actually really good compared to other brands. Pretty okay packaging and the GPU I got was the XFX Version and it looks great with the White LEDs because of the White XFX Logo!

Coming up from a dated AMD FX-8350, this system is definitely better.
It was packaged very well, looks great out of the box, and boots right up without issue.
But, for the price...
You'd think CyberPower would have something other than the "ketchup and mustard" PSU cables...
The included keyboard and mouse are...meh...okay, at best.
I mean, if you don't have a keyboard and mouse and need SOMETHING...they're better than nothing.
But, it's just a white LED-backlit keyboard and there's no way of controlling the RGB LEDs on the mouse - so you're stuck with a rainbow puking effect.
Unless I'm just completely blind and missed it (which has happened before with things), there's zero information in the box about the hardware specifically included in this system (motherboard info, more specifically).
The case is nice. You're greeted with three RGB 120 mm fans and an RGB strip running down the front corner - all addressable in the BIOS (again, without immediately knowing the motherboard info, I don't know if there's software controls for RGB...).
Now, is this system worth $1,300?
I struggle to say yes.
Let's do a price breakdown with current Amazon Prime pricing:
Just the processor and XFX 5700 XT will run you around $710 + tax alone. The case, eh, I'd put it around $80. Then you throw in a 120mm AIO, the motherboard (a "B550A"), the memory, storage...it all adds up. Plus, whatever warranty you get.
Still....THOSE KETCHUP AND MUSTARD PSU CABLES!
Let's talk about this motherboard, though.
It's simply a rebranded B450 board - which is okay, but I don't understand why it's not simply called a B450...
You're not going to find ANY info on ASRock's website (as of this review).
If you dig around CyberPower's website, you can find info under their branded drivers and downloads section.
Let's talk performance:
SOLID. ROCK SOLID.
I've thrown everything at this system in the last 12 hours.
Overclocked the ADATA 3000 memory to 3200.
I've downloaded Ryzen Master and pushed this processor as far as this 120mm AIO will let me.
I've gamed on it - and this 5700 XT can DEFINITELY hold its own (and with built-in bluetooth, I was able to connect my Xbox One X controller and game without issue) and it pushes this 34" LG ultrawide without any problems whatsoever.
Like I said, it's been 12 hours.
I'll come back in a month or two with an update on how it held up to that point and give my final thoughts.

This PC runs games really good. All of the games I have played so far are running on max settings and 60+ fps with no problems. Set up was as easy as easy can be. Case looks fine, lights look better, I say get a better keyboard and mouse but that's just my preference. Just taking the glass off and giving it a quick glance the build quality seems okay but I am sure once you start taking it apart you will adjust and optimize some things. The main thing that prevents me from truly enjoying this computer is the fan noise. I noticed it when I am playing games and it is very noticeable. Sometimes there is a rattling sound too and its frustrating to hear it when I am trying to play some games. I understand fans can be loud especially when you are doing something like high performance gaming but this is a different type of sound that can't be good for the longevity of your machine. I would recommend this product for a first time PC but expect the fan to be a problem in the future.

I use it for working with audio and video and have not been disappointed one bit. Works really well with all the Adobe programs. I haven’t gotten into 3D rendering or any really high-end graphics processing yet, so that’s still to be determined, but so far so good. If you are into high-end graphics processing, you’re probably looking at something else anyway, or I would suggest it. My son uses it for gaming purposes, and he doesn’t have any issues either. Overall, very good computer for the price. The only thing I would recommend is, if you can, get a bigger SSD. 240 GB can fill up quickly, so make sure you save any pictures, video, and/or programs to the 2nd drive. You could also change out the 2nd drive for a SSD drive to make it even faster. There’s definitely some options that can be upgraded, but if you’re looking for a good entry level gaming or graphics processing computer, you’ll be happy with this one.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x - AIO cooled ('nuff said)
GPU: XFX THICC II 5700XT - I know GamersNexus tore this card apart for its thermals and construction. For gaming in 1080p when playing RDR2, this card ran at 79 degrees. The game played fine for hours with no problems. It came with XFX warranty. Living in Hawaii with no AC means i have been leaving the tempered glass panel open so as to help ventilate the heat better.
MOBO: B550AM - This is manufactured by ASRock specifically for Cyberpower. There is a Reddit thread that speaks about its pros and cons. Honestly there is no difference to me as a casual gamer
RAM: TForce 3000Mhz.
SSD: 240 GB -with Windows 10 OS
HDD: 2TB Barracuda
I got it for 1049$. the equivalent PC part picker build stood at around 1000- 1050$. You also get Windows 10 pre-loaded.
About my use case:
I am not a PC gaming enthusiast by any means.
I only have a 1080p panel(Dell monitor).
I game mostly for 3 -4 hours and on weekends and maybe for an hour during an occasional weekday.
I dont play multi-player games like Fortnite Apex, Overwatch but mostly single player campaigns (RDR2, AC Odyssey, Watch Dogs 2 and more recently Call of Duty). I also play older AAA titles like GTA V and The Witcher 3.
I do very light overclocking especially for sandbox type games because i want the game environments to look stunning and immersive.
I dont play VR
Typical criticisms(all valid by the way) include - cheap motherboard, cheap power supply. In all the reviews there is not a single person who has said their power supply failed at any point in the last six months. If it does fail, i will replace it. GeekSquad protection for 1 year is a really good option.
If you are looking for a good mid to high level gaming rig, and you dont want to particularly build one for yourself, go ahead and buy this.
PS: An enthusiast tech savvy gamer may never buy a prebuilt. A casual gamer may never build a pc either.

I got this computer on Sale and the specs are worth for that price, you can always upgrade the ram and the ssd later on on your own, but the processor and and gpu are spot on at the sale price. It runs any game so far smoothly at 1440p High settings. There's some thermal issues but that's expected, nothing to be very worry about.
I primarily use it to develop games (UE4, Unity), and programming (VS19 Enterprise), and to play games

I am actually impressed with the quality of this build. I ordered it during a sale for $1049.99. The AMD Ryzen 7 3700X with water cooling and Radeon RX 5700 XT (I got a VFX version) run my games and applications flawlessly. I tested it with CS:GO, Assetto Corsa, Black Mesa, Doom 2016, Minecraft, and Halo Reach. It ran all of these games on their highest possible settings while getting over 120 fps and sometimes well over 400 fps. I would recommend getting a monitor that is compatible with the AMD Radeon RX enhancements if you do not have a monitor on hand.
This machine can handle VR, I tried Assetto Corsa and VR chat with my friends oculus headset and they ran smoothly. I'm sure it will be able to run Bone Works and Half Life Alyx decently if you are planning on playing those.
The 16GB of RAM is plenty for multitasking. I am able to tab out of games and run apps in the background as I play. I would say that this machine would be good for live streaming because the built in Wi-Fi connection works so well with my modem I just did not even care about using an Ethernet connection. You can definitely do a 3 monitor setup with this machine if you wanted to.
There is plenty of room for some addition and modifications. The case has space for an additional SSD or HDD and even includes sata cables.
I was originally going to build something similar to this, but I found this deal. The cable management was way better than what I could of done on my own. The setup was painless and extremely easy. All I had to do was remove the foam protecting everything, plug it in, turn it on, and set up windows.
The keyboard that it comes with is just okay and it gets the job done, but the mouse was better than what I was expecting. I picked it right up with CS:GO without constantly messing with the sensitivity. I used to use a Razer DeathAdder and honestly the free mouse feels better in my hand.
The RGB is there... You can change the colors and patterns in the bios. I just set mine to be a solid Red. (I don't really care about RGB lighting)

Out the box PC was great. The GPU does get prettt dang out and would black screen in long sessions. All you have to do is mess with the output on the AMD Software so it dosent overheat. Haven’t had a problem since. Works great for long hours. Is a little loud though when starting up and when the GPU fans turn on but becides that has worked great. I get 144FPS with my 144htz monitor on ALL my games. I can multi-stream, play games, and do multiple programs and badly use my GPU/CPU. Overall not bad for the price. Does exactly what I need it to do.

This is the first gaming computer I have purchased. After many hours of searching and comparing different computers I purchased this one for its large harddrive (2TB), good solidstate drive size (240GB), video card capability (8GB), RAM availability (16GB expandable to 64 GB) and the up to date processor. I am overall very satisfied with my computer and plan to upgrade it in the future as needed. As it sits it will do everything I need with lightning fast speed and haven't hit a snag yet.

I was shopping around for a few months comparing spec of various rigs when I came across this majestic beast... I checked all the benchmarks of the cpu and gpu and was pleasantly surprised how great they were for the price. I'm replacing my gaming rig from 2009, ten years out of her but time to put her to pasture.
So to get to the nitty gritty, this machine is seriously Play Ready like if says on the box when it arrived. It booted up in moments, I downloaded only a few cumulative updates from Microsoft, then downloaded a few games in a matter of moments. The SSD HDD hybrid system that AMD has set on their new systems really is fast. Everything was easy and super quick. Maybe because I'm used to waiting a minute for almost anything on my old rig but it was enjoyable to get right into gaming as well as being able to have multiple applications going as well with out the system slowing down.
I plan on doing some video and music editing with this rig and expect it to run just a smooth and fast. I am lucky I found this excellent machine. I would definitely recommend it, AMD is on the TOP. In the words of Linus from Linus Tech Tips "I welcome our new AMD Overlords." They have great components for a decent price. The specs match if not exceed their Intel counterparts. Also Thank you CyberPowerPC for working with BestBuy and setting this machine apart from the crowd.

My unit came in great shape, no loose cables or anything of that nature. My research suggested that QC has been a problem, but not in this case as everything was tight and cable management is good. My GPU variant is an Ultra Thicc II, again a nice surprise which behaves well thermally.
After examining the components I was able to determine that the price of the unit is very good, as separated out the components would be close in cost, which makes this a good option for first time PC gamers like me.
There are some cons; there appears to be some inconsistencies in the USB ports on the top of the unit depending on what is plugged in - perhaps a power draw issue? The SSD is very limited in size, I couldn’t fit CoD MW onto it even when I trimmed down to just the essential OS, an additional SSD is absolutely essential so you’ll need to budget that in.
Performance is excellent in my opinion, a stable 60fps for Control, 1440p at the highest graphical settings. 120fps+ for CoD MW, also at 1440p at the highest settings, just as examples.
Other than the size of the SSD the only thing I would change about this package is really more a fundamental choice independent of this unit, I’d probably rather an Nvidia GPU than the AMD. Don’t get me wrong, the AMD is excellent when a game is optimized to it, but I had to really mess around to get the best out of the RX 5700 XT in some cases. However, if you have some experience or are willing to do appropriate research the AMD is VERY good - again to run Control at a smooth 60fps using ultra settings is nothing to scoff at.
Overall, I feel this is an excellent package. I’d recommend this to anyone getting into PC gaming, my unit has been a really pleasant surprise and could be for you too.

I had an old dell xps 8600 that I upgraded as much as it could be. It was time to get a new pc that I can upgrade for years to come and came across this. Got this on sale for the holidays at $1049. You really couldn't build this pc for the price. The 3700x and 5700XT combo is really nice for gaming. This pc is also liquid cooled which is another feature I didnt expect at this price point. All in all a pretty nice deal. The only negative is the lack of documentation about some of the components (ie mobo) and control of the RGB lighting.

Great Specs! But it keeps Crashing

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.
Love the pc! it is quiet, has great specs and runs the games great!
I think I got a bad one because it keeps having hardware failures (the graphics card is crashing and leaving the screen black with no response other than to turn it off the bad way and turn it back on)
After a few minutes of having it, i installed minecraft. fun little game. Set the resolutions to max (as it should run minecraft at max settings)
annnnd it ran for 4 hours and crashed.
well, no big deal accidents happen! So i restart it and it happens when i try to run aion. 2-3 minutes of gameplay and it gives me a black screen.
So I try fortnite, and the same thing. Black screen.
So i lookat the reliability report and it has crashed a total of 18 times with the title of the error "hardware failure"... in two days of ownership. I am going to try and get the unit exchanged and will update the review if the replaced product works better.

It seems to work well, but at this time it remains totally unrecognized or supported by the manufacturer CyberPowerPC. The motherboard designation ASRock B550AM is unknown, but a logical step from the B450 series. Some internet forum threads mention a class of PC designated as a "pre-built by Best Buy", which I assume means that the component list was crowd-sourced to represent the most requested build. I was able to install a couple of AMD utilities for the Ryzen chip and the AMD graphics card. Motherboard could probably use a BIOS update, and is strange in that it has USB 3.0 and 3.2 ports in with the old PS2 keyboard/mouse sockets, and two antenna connections for I assume is wifi and Bluetooth. It does work quite well for gaming. Safe to assume that any further issues a person might have with running the game of their choice are likely the fault of their internet speed. Hopefully there will soon be some kind of support, either from CyberPowerPC or the motherboard manufacturer ASRock. Till then, we'll be gaming away on this nice set-up.

Nice gpu and cpu make this a really great buy, especially at the black Friday sales price. Ran smooth right out of the box. Only had to adjust the gpu fan settings but that's an Amd Radeon software thing. Runs everything at ultra without breaking a sweat. I was worried about getting a pre-built but this is a solid pc and the power supply and ram are decent. Really glad I took the chance and bought it.

For a pre-built system, this was an incredible value. Even the included peripherals were decent quality.
I will list the parts included with my unit as some pieces are not listed by the manufacturer.
ASRock B-550 Gaming Motherboard
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X CPU
Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L All-In-One CPU Cooler
16GB T-Force 3200 mHz DDR4 Ram
Corsair 750W 80+ Gold PSU
ASRock Radeon RX-5700XT Challenger GPU
Thermaltake H550 Case
Western Digital 2TB HDD
Kingston A400 240GB SSD
Windows 10 Home Edition
I purchased this computer in July of 2019 and have had no issues with it whatsoever. The components used were great quality (often prebuilts will have great main components but will be lacking in terms of the PSU or storage) and have worked great.
Temps have been generally very good and airflow in the case is solid. The fan configuration is good and provides good airflow through the case. I removed the filter included in the front panel of the case to improve front airflow a bit after a few months.
I added another 16GB of RAM and swapped the SSD out for a 2TB SSD without any issue.
As a side note, you can find the non Best Buy version of this PC on CyberPower's site as the "Gamer Ultra Navi".

Great Gaming PC - Fast CPU and GPU

This is a high-end system purchased at a reduced black friday price for about the same as it would take to create it yourself, especially with liquid cooling. CPU and GPU components are top notch. Already upgraded the puny 250 GB SSD with an nvme SSD, which speeds up this already-fast machine. Only 3 drawbacks I can find, and only one of those is significant - is that the motherboard isn't yet being fully supported as any other ASRock motherboard. Utilities, inlcuding update utilities, don't recognize the board (yet), so there is some concern on whether this motherboard will continue to get updates. The other 2 less-significant concerns is that the case is larger than it needs to be (though it doesn't hurt to have the extra space if you don't mind the footprint), and I'm not sure I'm a big fan of having one side of the case being tempered glass. Why? Because I don't know what I'd replace it with if the glass ever broke. Yes, it's nice to see the lights, but I'd feel less damage-risk-exposed if it were metal. Ryzen processors are great performers for the price, and the graphics card blazes through everything i've tested. Love it.
