- Answer Windows 10 Home is installed. I bought a key on eBay and upgraded it to Windows 10 Pro for a few dollars. Simple process.

QuestionSo when i first unboxed this computer i took the glass cover off and the foam protection out and i saw two yellow and black cords not connected they are called PCI-E and a smaller black cord. So i dont know where to plug those in if i need too.

QuestionThis PC did not come with a recovery partition and Windows couldn't create a recovery drive. So how does CyberPowerPC intend for users to do a CLEAN reinstall of Windows? Do they intend for people to clone their drive or maybe download Win10 from MicrSft?

QuestionHi I just bought this and all I have installed is fortnite, steam, and discord. I went to download another game tonight and it says I'm out of disk space. Do I need to be storing the games elsewhere? What am I doing wrong?

QuestionDoes anyone else have an issue with the wifi on this machine? Ive tried everything but cannot get download speeds faster than 5mps. All of my other wifi connected devices download at around 125mps. Someone please help?

- Answer I had the same problem until I attached the two wifi antennas that were included in the accessories package. Now it works just fine.

QuestionMy monitor randomly shut off but the PC stayed on. When restarting, it says Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key.

QuestionSo I got my PC yesterday I do have to say it's a good pc but I'm seeing pictures of the same pc with all the fans lighting up. But on mine I only have one fan lighting up and the bottom lighting up. Is there some way I can fix this or is it like this?

QuestionThe Lights in the pc seem to be laggy, is there a software that can change that? Or will it have to stay that way? I’m sure it’s made to be like that but I kinda want it to be a smoother transition.
