I had to return my computer for a new one after the geek squad took a look at it and said windows 10 had crash and it was no way to fix it. WHATS SAD is he stated mine was the 4th or 5th that it has recently happened to smh. If it's a common problem with this system they need to stop selling them or come up with a better solution on fixing them
