Preordered back in May, payment authorized on 12/4 and order status is still showing "Pre-Ordered" as of 12/8. Spoke to multiple Customer Services Reps via chat, all said I should expect it by release date 12/10. One even said I might get it on the 9th but I really doubt it.

Sort of unrelated but something that just absolutely screwed me up was that my order had not shipped yet either, but when I went to check my email and process my order, I entered my card but didn't have enough money on it, so I used my other card but my bank canceled my entire order since it was like $300 for the collector's edition. (I'm assuming it thought someone stole my card and used it for a huge purchase). I had to just preorder the regular game now because my whole order just got canceled.
