Would this pc run steam smoothly? null

yes. I tested it with MS Flight Sim, runs, about what you would expect for the specs. getting about 4FPS

Booyah, While Steam is not a game, but rather a client for getting games, yes it can run it no problem. From there the performance will greatly vary based off what games you are trying to play. Thanks,
