Is this good for oculus rift headset null

Not really, unless you plan on updating the GPU to a GTX 1060 or something. I don't know what kind of processing power the Rift does best with either, but this only has an AMD A6, I would bet the AMD FX series would be more appropriate. If you wanna Rift it up, your gonna have to cough it up, the dough that is. Short answer, no.
