“Bought 2 of these bulbs last October...1 is malfunctioning...blinking erratically...turning off and on...not performing well at all. Will the manufacturer replace the one bad bulb for me?”

I had the chance to visit the website and as long as you have proof of purchase and malfunctioning lighting then you should get a replacement. I doubt a refund!
