Mine are, but I wouldn't use the dimmer. Only testing bulbs in this particular dining room light before deciding to remove AC dimmer

Cync light bulbs are not compatible with Non-Cync dimmer switches due to the bulbs being dimmable themselves and will cause wattage issues with the devices.
