Yes it has a dimmer on the app and has a bunch of different hues to which to choose and each one can be customized in brightness. Just the white light alone has maybe 10-12 hues. These are super cool bulbs. Just install the cync app. U may be able to see options before even adding devices to see what I'm talking about
