“I have Cync (cbyGE) full color direct connect smart bulbs. 1 of 2 will only change to white light colors. It turns off when I change the lights to red/blue/any color other than a white. It turns right back on when changed to a normal light. What do i do?”

That shouldn't happen. Have you tried to start over by reseting them & then start the process of pairing them again as if you just took them out of the box for the first time? That would be the first thing I try & it should work.
