Thanks for a prompt answer Cync Support. The problem I have had with other similar products is that their app looks at the phone I am running the app on and sees that it is connected on the 5GHz and assumes that SSID is 5GHz only and keeps asking user to pick up a 2.4GHz SSID. So you are stuck. So the question is this, is your app. smarter than that?
