“Is there an option to turn off the night vison? I'm monitoring a parking lot through a window and the camera I have currently the IR lights create a glare in the window at night rendering it useless.”

Select that device in the app. Then Click the settings option - looks like a gear symbol - click on that. In the options that are presented there is a “night vision” toggle. Select that into the ‘off’ position.
