“I have a Western Digital My Cloud that got damaged and now has a redlight on it. Can i purchase another external cloud drive and take it to have data pulled from the damaged one and transfer it to the new cloud?”

If the data is recoverable they can do it and load it to your new My Cloud. Just call them at your nearest Best Buy store and they will tell you if they can or cannot.
