“Good afternoon. I have a very old (at least 10 years old) LG phone and I would like to save the pictures on it to my new phone if possible. I still have the charger and USB cord. Is this something you can do? It's not an andriod.”

I just took my 15 year old desktop computer in to Best Buy and they pulled all of my pictures and data off of it and put it on a thumb drive for me. Took them a half day. Had it back same day. Customer service was great.
